Why a card

Why we ask for a card up front.

So your shop keeps running on day 31 without a gap, and so every trial is a real shop we can set up properly. Stripe checks the card; Papos never sees the full number, and nothing is charged until your plan starts.

Questions

Free trial questions.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Yes. A valid card is required, and Stripe checks it when you sign up. Nothing is charged today. Some promo codes make the plan free; then no card is needed.

When is the first charge?

On day 31, when your plan starts. It bills monthly per location, or once a year if you picked annual billing.

How do I cancel during the trial?

Cancel any time before day 31 and you pay nothing. Open Billing in your client portal and tap Manage billing (it opens Stripe's secure billing page), or call us at (833) 331-1287.

Yes. You get a reminder email before your trial ends.

Can I change plans during the trial?

Yes. Call us or open a support ticket in your client portal and we change it for you.

Yes. Sunny comes with 300 call minutes a month per shop, and the data move from your current system is free on every plan.

Can I use a promo code with the trial?

Yes. Tap Have a code? on the sign-up page, type it and tap Apply. Stripe checks it and the price updates before you pay.
